Congratulation! on passing your first exam. This totally depends on your experience and goal. Check this link below which explains the next possible exam based on goal.

Since Web development has higher demand these days, I would assume Exam 70-562 is the most popular among them.

I agreed with Rubel. That's what I did when I passed 70-536 in 2008.
You can take 70-564 once you pass 70-562 to earn your Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).
Also note that .NET 4.0 exams just came out recently:

You can also transfer your web development knowledge (ASP.NET) to other MS products like SharePoint or MS SQL Server BI.
