Can not download Word Templates failed validation

Question
-
I'm trying to download templates for Word, and of coarse have to go through the Genuine Validation Process. This is where the problem comes up. The validation is saying Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 may be counterfeit. I know its not. I go through the validation process and everything comes up as valid, but I still get the error and I am unable to download templates.
