  • I wanted to know where i can post a question regarding tools or best practices in allowing our technicians access to clients computers to troubleshoot and fix problems. This is when client is not available and we would still like the technician to gain access without modifying the users password, but the technician still access the clients profile. 

    Does anyone have best practices in order to do this.  Allow our technicians to access the users profile in order to troubleshoot profile related errors whenever the user is not at the office.  We have many instructors that have weird hours so a technician would have issues closing work orders if we had to wait for the user.
