WHERE CAN I GO TO GET THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION???
When entering OUTLOOK I see my husband's email account, his in box and all hlis folders, but when I click on my email address to open my inbox and folders I get this error message
"can't expand the folder. the set of folders can not be opened. the file c:\user\ (it lists my user file). is in use and can not be accessed. close any application that is using this file and then try again. you might have to restart your computer."
I don't want to list my entire user file address, but this should give you enough information. I have checked task manager and there is nothing open. I have restarted my computer several time and the inbox or all of my folders will not come up.
just the above error message.
I have another laptop and I can access everything on that computer.
