MC IDs conflict RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

Recently I have completed 70-693 exam and I got a new MC ID and temporary access code, however I have my old MC ID login which includes all my old certs, I have provided the same hotmail id for new exam which I earlier used for my previous exams. But when I am trying these steps with new MC ID and my hotmail account its opening my profile without asking to enter MC ID and temp access code. My concern is that how should I access the new MC ID profile.

I have open a ticket with mcphelp@microsoft.com they found that my profiles show different addresses. I need to update my address on the two profiles. how I can access the new MC ID profile to update?????

  • What do you mean by addressess?  Do you mean email address or Home/Work/Postal address?  Either way, you need to ask for both MC ID's to be merged.

  • Hi,

I don't know if your question is already answered, but I will mark Jeffs post as answer to close this thread. His suggestion to write an email to the support team will work (I know it from my own experience).

If your question isn't answered, just come back to this thread.
