Display and delete a direct e-mail/s from CRM 4.0 RRS feed

  • Hi

    I have a CRM user that has selected a direct e-mail from Contacts entity.  We dont wont it to be send at the moment it is queued in the system as his CRM outlook client for sending has been disabled because we dont want it sent.  How and where can I delete this e-mail in the CRM 4.0 system

  • go to advanced find

    Look For Email Messages

    where Status Reason Equals 'Pending Send'

    and Click on Find...it will display all the email which are still to be send from CRM.

    Add more filters like (From , email subject  etc.) to find your record and delete it from here...
