  Ok, after seeing some of the posting, it seems as though this product is false advertisement and a rip off. Why want you put a telephone number up, so that we can speak with a live person. All this click here and click there with know real solutions to the problems that we are experiencing.

   

  I would like to be refunded for this product because it is causing me more problems then helping me. How to I go about recoping my money for this product.

   

  I just purchased this item on June 1, 2008 and I can not get it to work properly. It would not activate.

   

  The trial version is about to end and I can not get my paid subscription to activate.
