CRM System Jobs in Waiting Status RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

I recently installed sharepoint server on my crm server (4.0).

Because Sahrepoint used port 80 I had to change my port no to 5555.

I manually changed the port in IIS 7 to use the new port.

I then used regedit to modidfy the port on the server url to use 5555

When I tried to import data I saw all my system jobs were in a waiting status.

I then modified MSCRM_CONFIG database make sure that the AsyncSdkRootDomain field has the <servername colon port> entered into the NVarCharColumn coulmn.

I still have all my system jobs in waiting has anypne any other ideas.

    Thanks

  • Do you want to delete the workflows in waiting status or get them to complete?

Is there a chance that there is a logical error in the workflows and they are actually waiting for a resource?

Have you tried creating a new simple workflow and observing its  behavior?
