  • Hi Srini,

Try changing the view, the owner of the record is probably not you. So change the view to show all records.

  • It looks strange , if you are getting Successes in my import ??, you should get records, otherwise you should see Errors , in my import

you can try to reimport and make sure Asyn service is running

  • Try

    1. Click Run

    2 Type services.msc

    3. make sure "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service" is running.

  • Hi Srini,

surely you are missing something, could you upload your import record image somewhere on net and place URL here so that we can check.

Also did you check after selecting "Active Contacts" instead of my contact in view.

  • Hi Mahender,

i have uploaded the export and import process here as screenshots.

I have 3 records in cases.
now am exporting these 3 records by clicking on "Export to Excel" button from top ribbon.

Now am saving the exported file in my local machine.

deleting the existing 3 records to import from the exported file.

My cases list is empty now.
Now am importing the records for the Import data button from top ribbon.
Submitting the xml file which i have exported previoursly.
chosen duplicate as "No" and user as same user.
    saying import is success
opened the imported file, if we observe it status is completed
So checking in successfully imported cases
    checking for partially success cases
    checking for failed
    Checking in system jobs
Still i didn't get any records in my cases list under "all cases" view. Even i didn't get in "My active cases" view also.

Can you please help me to fix this issue please

  • Hi,

I can see sucess is 0, it means your record is not imported in CRM, just to confirm could you check your exported file if you have record there or not ??
