Exams for Windows Server 2003 certification (70-290, 70-291 and 70-293) were retired as of July 31, 2013
You can take new exams for Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2012 and get your MCSA or MCSE on newer versions on the windows server.
For Windows Server 2012 MCSA you need exams 70-410, 70-411 and 70-412 as you can see here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcsa-windows-server-certification.aspx To upgrade your MCSA 2012 to MCSE 2012 you need additional exams 70-413 and 70-414 see here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcse-server-infrastructure-certification.aspx
For Windows Server 2008 MCSA you need exams 70-640, 70-642 and 70-646 as you can check here http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/mcsa-windows-server-2008-certification.aspx
You can check the list or retired or scheduled to be retired exams at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/retired-certification-exams.aspx

Hi,
If you go to mcp.microsoft.com and log in, you'll find a certification planner on the top right side. Open the certification planner, select the certification you wish to achieve, and the cert planner will show you exactly what exams you need to take.
