Just wondering if anyone has had this issue, what is happening is that for some reason some of our clients are going into the online CRM and seeing all their appointments are deleted. The odd thing is that they are still in outlook and now say they
can be retracked. It appears to similar in behaviour to if you untrack an appointment in Outlook and tell it to delete the record in the CRM but the client is not doing that it seems to be doing it itself. Has anyone encountered this before and
know what causes it. It is very intermittent and seems fine then does it again at random intervals.
