One Care subscription renewal issue RRS feed

  • I want to cancel my subscription to One Care and ensure I am not charged. The subscription is going to end 23/01/10. My understanding from the one care support page is that I will get 6 months free because one care is being replaced. However, I cannot access my one care account (forgot password) and I cannot reset the password as I get a message which tells me I can't as I don't have a security question set up. Result: I can't get into my one care account. The infinite support loops have wasted my time as I get errors even when I try and sign in with the One Care product registration code through the billing contact us. How can I either reset the password of my one care account OR contact someone to confirm payment won't be taken?
