Cannot verify my legitimate identity (even though I have one) to be able to access URLs RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am a legitimate owner of Windows 8 and MS Office 2010. I downloaded a free MS whitepaper as I am studying a Masters in Project Management and this paper called ''Microsoft Project for the masses" has some good URL links to videos in it that will help me learn about MS project server, a requirement for my exams.

When I downloaded the word doc (which worked ok) I clicked the URL hyper links within and it asks me to verify my identity (provide my email) which I did - wylde_stalyon@outlook.com then my password, again I complied. Then it thinks for a while and provides the very same login screen asking for the same details again! Im stuck in a loop.

I need to access these URL's, can someone please help. thanks

  • Hi,

You can contact you regional Microsoft Support service center to see if they can help with issue, unfortunatley there is no forum for outlook.com or authentication related questions.
