Issue with forums account, need contacted by a moderator or admin

Question
-
Hello,
I'm having an issue with my forums account, not the forums themselves. Who can I contact for help with this? I see no link, forum, or anything that is for account issues. Would appreciate any help from a moderator or admin.
Update: I used the "Contact Us" link, and was directed to call the MSDN Fulfillment Center, who said they could do nothing about this since it's not related to an MSDN subscriber account. I was also recommended to post here in these forums for assistance. So, it would be best if I could be contacted by a moderator or admin regarding the forums account issue I have. Is this possible here?

It's possible to use the Site Feedback link at the bottom of this page to "open a ticket". Then they might email you directly from that.
Otherwise, if you're using the forums, you'd need to specify the problem in detail so that someone can help on the forums.

bottom of every page has "contact us" with this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactusforum/en-us
including a page to send the support team a message:
