My publications were all listed under someone who is not me!!!!! RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I, Chingching Chang, googled my name, I found that my publications were listed under someone whose name was identitical to me.

How should I solve the issue?

I work at National Chengchi University, not Natoinal Taipei College of Nursing. Besides, the person who works there has her name spelled Ching-Ching Chang, which is different from mine, Chingching Chang.

The research gate also has my profile and its records, different from yours, allow the authors to edit and remain correct

  • Hello Chingching,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The content in Microsoft Academic Search is based on tens of millions of articles thus far indexed from leading scholarly publishers. Articles are grouped by author profiles, which are created algorithmically. In your case, we would recommend emailing us at acadfb@microsoft.com so that we can gather additional information from you to create an author profile for you. Once the profile has been created, it will be possible to edit the publications to ensure they are correctly attributed.

We look forward to hearing from you. Please let us know if we can assist further.

    Best regards,

    Thomas, Academic Search Editor
