Cannot use Microsoft Fixit at all RRS feed

    I continue to have problems with Fix It Center. Keep getting errors or cannot use at this time. What is causing these errors? I have an old HP laptop with Vista Home Premium 32 bit windows os. Any help would be appreciated very much.
