cannot install/uninstall/cleanup Live One Care RRS feed

    I need some help.  At some point, my Live One Care got corrupted.  Now, I can't reinstall, install, uninstall, or clean up Live One Care using the cleanup tool.  Everything I try to do receives an error message:  Can't install, can't uninstall, can't clean up, etc.

     

    Can anybody tell me what to do?

    What error message do you get when you try to uninstall using add/remove programs? Error messages when using the cleanup tool ?

    If you are unable to remove OneCare via Control Panel and the cleanup tool is failing (make sure you right click the saved tool and select Run as Administrator if you are using Vista) - then please contact support for help with removing OneCare from the system and getting it reinstalled.
