  Hi Microsoft MediaRoom Support Group,
  
  We need to know some information about MediaRoom Software.
  
  Does Microsoft Media Server IPTV support any APIs to trace client Set Top Box Logs?
  We need to know about Jitter, Packet Loss Rate, network traffic etc from the logs.
  
  If it has any then please let us know whether it is a freeware or payable?
  
  It would be helpful if you give some update on this.
