Never received my access code for MCP RRS feed

  • Hi, I passed my first exam last week and received my email today with my MCID. However, I didn't receive an access code with it.

    I went to https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/Home/ResetCode to reset my access code and after I put in my information, I receive an error that states: We were unable to send your access code: Please try again later.

    How can I move passed this to get my code? I would call the regional center but it is a weekend and I want to get this all situated for work on Monday.

    Gather all your information, including the emails, your MCP ID number, and your Prometric Candidate ID, which is printed on your passed exam result sheet.

    For fastest results, you can contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center on the phone. Calling them will usually give you the fastest response. Unfortunately, you may need to wait until a weekday to call them. Please be ready to write down your case number so you can track the progress.
