2 Live accounts, what now? RRS feed

    In the past I created from my Gmail account a Live Account. I used this account on the forums, on MCP website, Connect website and on Technet. Recently I installed Windows 8 and my Windows Phone 7.5 and decided to migrate to a old Hotmail.com account. Now the problem appears. I thought I could easily swap my MCP, Connect and technet information to my new live ID. But I can't find this option.

    My main goal is to have 1 Live ID for all the above websites and operating systems. So how can I get 1 LiveID? I have read that merging accounts is not a option at the moment. What are the other options?

    Hi Arjan !

    You can swap between emails ID's by following the steps mentioned in below wiki;

    How to Request Your Email or Live ID Changed on an MSDN or TechNet Profile

    Note : Merge Account feature is not available.

    Thank you for the answer. For MSDN and Technet you proposed a solution! But how about my MCP en Connect information. This information is more valuable for me. I hope that someone can help me with this one.
