When a CRM user want to resolve a Case (Incident) I need to use the Pre-Update trigger step to check the statecode/statuscode.
How do i achieve this? For me, these fields appear empty..
When user Resolves the case it basically triggers SetState or SetStateDynamicEntity plugin Message. Hence if you are catching Pre-Update you would not get the desire results.
