Crm 2016/365: How get statecode/statuscode in preUpdate of Incident? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When a CRM user want to resolve a Case (Incident) I need to use the Pre-Update trigger step to check the statecode/statuscode.
    How do i achieve this? For me, these fields appear empty..
