How to call Delete Message with Post Stage Plugin on Deletion of record RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
How Can I do Post stage for Delete Message Plugin?
I want to retrieve 3 field info on deleted record. And I want to update a related another record.

But, I want to use it with POST STAGE.
    How Can I do?

    Regards,

  • According to my understanding you can't retrieve values of a deleted record in post stage plug-in call. Better you use pre-stage plugin containing pre-image of an entity.

You can retrieve required values in pre-stage plugin and store them in shared variable (shared between pre and post stages) and then use them in post stage. Refer here for example Plug-In Delete Message Paradox
