OCS 2007 R2 reporting system?

Question
-
Hello all,
I come from the PBX world, more specific Avaya Platforms. Avaya is well known for their call center solutions which include a nice reporting tool called CMS. CMS makes reporting, both real time and historical.
My question is, does OCS 2007 R2 have a similar reporting tool, and if not, will it be on the roadmap?
I can't seem to find any information regarding this question.
Hopefully someone here can help me out with the question :)
Kind regards,

For Reporting services maybe you can read through these:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms159106.aspx
http://books.google.ch/books?id=_XclABzTLNgC&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q=&f=false
For explanation on what going inside OCS CDR Reports maybe you can take the QoE papers from this page:

Hi Thomas
I do not know what Avaya is showing, but you will have Reporting in OCS 2007 R2 if you installed Monitor server with Reporting Services

Hi,
Thx for answering.
CMS in Avaya will show detailed reports on the call center agents. It's not Call detail records.
Do you have a good document describing the Reporting services? :)
