Blue screen and stuck in restart unless in safe mode in vista RRS feed

  • Question

  • Blue screen and stuck in restart unless in safe mode in vista This started for no reason after the last updates, I tried the windows live scanner to diagnos but get 0x0c600c03 error. Every scan I try or every repair fails. Am very frustrated. I need this for my Business and can not get a normal restart. I get sytem error restart and shut down or stuck in bluye screen with mini dump and casche dump. Then I had memory problems, then I get N_List_Corrupt. Every repair option creates a new problem. This is the report for my pc from another post I read:

  • Hello dragonsaye,

Your Diagnostic Report shows Vista as Genuine and the only error I see is that the Software Licensing service is not running, but I believe that is only due to running the Diagnostic Report in Safe Mode.

Since I don't see a Non-Genuine issue and since Vista won't even load without blue screening, I don't believe that WGA (i.e. Anti-Piracy) support will be much help.  I recommend reposting your question to one of the Vista Answers Forums  at http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsvista/  (there are support forums for all the major areas in Vista as well as a Vista ) or go to http://support.microsoft.com for additional support options.

    Thank you,
    Darin MS
