Lost subscription

I have paid for the LiveOneCare but had to reload my computer, I can't find my activation key. Now when I go to activate the program it can't find my subscription. How can I get in contact with the support group for this action. It seems they are making it as difficult as possible in the hope that people in a similar situation will get fed up with trying and just pay again for a new subscription.
I have been going around in circles looking at every page and being redirected all over the place with no end result.

You can try to check your subscription by logging in to https://billing.microsoft.com.
In the case that you totally forgotten or have no idea what is the Live ID that you have associated with your subscription.

I tried checking my subscription but it tells me I do not exist in the system. It is a shame you can't look up by payment method and credit card details. I know which card I used.
Also it would be helpful if you could actually speak to somebody in the billing department. I hate sending my details out over the network.
Now I am out of pocket with Live OneCare sitting asking me to activate it before it will start working. What a mess this whole thing is, automating at it's worst!!!

Have you emailed the billing department and given them your details.?
I emailed them they got back to me quickly.
