Activities, Leads and the Regarding field

Question
-
Hi,
When I create activities against a lead the Regarding field on the Activity form, by default, displays the Lead First Name and Lead Last Name. We are not creating Leads for individuals so those fields are blank. Is there anyway we can change what displays in the Regarding field, for example the Lead Topic or the Lead Company Name so it makes more sense in views etc?
Regards
Shaun

If you are never using first name or last name for their "usual" purpose then perhaps write a simple workflow to copy the topic into last name on create or whenever topic changes. This in turn will populate "full name" and you will be able to see this in lookups.
Take first name and last name off the Lead form if you are not using them.
Hope this helps. Adam Vero, MCT
