The birthday field always say one day off when it populates the CRM. Can anyone have a fix for this.

Hi,
Zahid this may be caused by the fact that the date is stored as UTC in the database. It is shown in the interface using the time zone set for the current user. Similar issue is described here: http://www.techtalkz.com/microsoft-dynamics-crm/444932-reporting-date-only-fields.html , the fix for the issues related to dates on contracts is described here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956370, and the problem with the birthdate here: http://crm4dummies.blogspot.com/2008/04/fix-date-for-crmservice.html.
Check your time zone in CRM and the links - it might help.
