Restore from LiveOne Care backup RRS feed

    I retored allthe files using the restore function in Liveone care. I was able to retreive all the documents, but I was not able to see my old emails nor my contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2007, wich I reinstalled prior to the restore attempt.I appreciate some help to solve my problem .

  • I followed the instructions for both the Outlook express and Outlook, no sucess. I get to the part "Under Select the folder to import from, make sure that the top-level folder of the mail that you are importing is selected and that the Include subfolders check box is selected" then I get an error stating that I can't import to the same place I am exporting.  I have an external drive that Onecare backs up to, but I can't seem to get my adress book back. Please help.

  • It sounds like you are pointing the import/export wizard in OE to the current mail store and not the restored backup location. If you need help with this and the above article did not help, please contact support.
