Mightykdave,
You should have received an email from Microsoft with the Product Key and links to or instructions on how to use the Product Key Updater Utility: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/pkuinstructions.aspx
Post back when you're done to tell us if it worked for you!

OK I'm lame. I was about to cancel my post but you were faster than me Dan!
I did received this email, and registered my new key.
One remark though, it was not very clear after the payment, that I would receive an email explaining the next step.

Mightykdave,
Glad to hear that you're back among the few, the proud, the "Genuine."
Further info that should have bene conveyed to you via email is that you will shortly be receiving in the mail a genuine Microsoft hologram XP CDROM for the edition of XP that you ordered. This is a full retail CD and can be used to repair or reinstall your XP if needed in the future, and will of course install XP on another computer if you decide to move your new genuine license from the current computer to another.
