Question
-
With Chrome or IE11
usual editing is impossible, i cannot copy any line or go to new line, i always get "Script error". This happens even on another PC.
I can use other forums normally with no problems. I'm using Visual Basic 2010 express. The language is italian as default and i do not rember i have been asked to set another language during install.

Sounds like your pc may have issues. I'd try from another computer as a test. You may be able to capture the event and send to fissues [at] microsoft [dot] com.

What about in this forum? What characterset are you using? At one point Encoding used to be an issue. In IE check with the View menu. Alt-V d. FWIW I'm using Unicode. (I don't remember doing that.) Also, what is your OS? If it is W10, try Edge instead.
Good luck

What other forums? Do you mean other MSDN / TechNet forums? Versions of VB do not affect posting to forums. Might try disabling any IE or chrome add-ins. A screen shot might also help. If your account has not yet been verified you won't be able to post screen shots. To get verified you can expedite by replying to this thread with your request.

Other forums are for ex. Texas Instruments, Analog devices .... of course not throgh Visual basic Environement.
I have not any Add-ins installed. Why only with Visual basic i have problems? I can ASK a question on MSDN and write in body in a very difficult way.
