MS CRM 2011 ONLINE - Converting email to opportunity using Outlook Client RRS feed

  • When I convert email to opportunity, CRM asks customer, currency and source campaign. The customer is populated default from email and is a contact.

    How to change that CRM populates account related to the email instead of contact?

    I can manually change customer from contact to account, but there is a need that account should be default.
