  Where is the text size too small?

  everywhere, especially in Access2016 design view, for example properties of text box see the selections for special effects. Or any of the menus: all objects list on the left side, property sheet list on the right side

  or most of file explorer

  Ok, it sounds like you are having a PC issue.

  Hello,

  For the "most of file explorer" part, I'd ask in the Windows forum on Microsoft Community.

  You might ask the "Access2016 design view" part  in the Microsoft Access forum on Microsoft Community.

  As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

  Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
