Windows 7 faxing issue RRS feed

    We have an SBS 2011 with an external U.S. Robotics modem. The server has a fax "printer" which is added to PC's as a shared "printer".

    We are able to send fax from PC's using this shared fax from XP but we have issues when sending from Windows 7 where it continues to dial but it never goes through.

    I found the following article related to faxing and IE9 and tried it but it did not work.

    Does anyone have a solution for this?
