  • The sub-report should show up as a gray area with the name of the report in the middle.  You may be able to locate it using the Document Outline instead.

  • Are you running the report on its own, as this will not work, it is a Sub Report so it only works when used with its Parent report.

  • When you placed the sub-report into the parent, did you map a value from the parent to the CRM_GroupBySales parameter of the child?  This is done on the "subreport" control itself, through the properties.

  • Hi,

Open your parent report in VS Designer. Go to Sub-Report Section -> Right Click and Select Properties.
In the parameter Section, you can pass the Value of 'CRM_GroupBySales'.
From First Box Select 'CRM_GroupBySales' and from Second box : Specify the hard Code Value or the Variable of PArent Report.

    Hope this helps.
