    My son upgraded his Windows 8 laptop to Windows 10 a few weeks ago. Since then he has had nothing but problems. This morning I found the system has an unmountable boot problem and is locked in a start up cycle then nothing. How can I get this laptop back to Windows 8 when I cannot get even get it to start in Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key during start up?
