Deploying solutions on new Front end server RRS feed

    I have added new Front End server in Farm (No NLB / No AAM / No DNS entry yet ) which not in use for now and I see that after adding server in farm , Some solutions have been deployed to new server but some solutions says that Solution has been copied to server (Not Deployed).

    I tried deploying solutions to new server using -Local parameter but its removing it from Existing front end server.

    If I try to deploy it globally , its just getting deployed on Existing or old server but not on New Server.

    What am I missing here ?

    Please suggest.
