I took out a year's subscription to onecare with an expiry date of 2nd April 2010 and up to last Friday it showed that date. As of last night I have been told that my subscription has now expired! How can I contact OneCare to see what has gone wrong - I can't find a telephone number or email address to send my query too and now my computer is not covered!
