  Digital River is a ligit company, they are an aproved Microsoft third party retailer.

  To contact Digital River, you can reach them by email at msoffice.us@trymicrosoftoffice.com or by phone at 1-877-244-8653.  They are available Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST.

   Digital River runs a few different sites for Microsoft, such as www.<cite>office.microsoft.com/</cite>,  www.Microsoft.com/Office2010, and www.mactopia.com.      

  Also there is the Microsoft Store US that you can make a purchase from as well.
