  • Question

  •

When I try to back up the tune up on a dvd, my computer says there is no disc in drive. please insert a blank recordable disc into the disc burner and then click ok.  I have used dvd+r and cd-r and nothing seems to work.  my computer says the drive is okay.  Help.

  • Just to confirm - the discs that you have tried are brand new blanks, not erased RW discs, right?

The most common reason for this would be other burner or media watch software taking ownership of your burner, causing OneCare to not be able to see the discs for writing. You can contact support for help with this:

If the support form doesn't recognize your account, you may have signed in with an incorrect LiveID. Nevertheless, the support flow has changed since your last post and we are now at v2, so I'm moving your thread.
