Run JavaScript function when the note grid got refreshed in Account Entity

  In Account entity when adding an attachment using the "Add" button I want to run a JavaScript function.<o:p></o:p>

  In other words when the note grid got refreshed I want to run the JavaScript function

  How could I achieve this??
