  • Hi Chadston,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

It seems the error message is about the tbaseprovisioning.exe, the tbaseprovisioning.exe file is a software component of AMD software by Advanced Micro Device.

Did you install or upgrade any drives from AMD recently? Please update your graphics drivers or disable graphics acceleration to have a try.

Meanwhile, please perform a clean boot in Windows and monitor the restart issue still persists or not.

    Best regards,

    Sara
