Some guy took advantage of my grandmother saying he was going to fix her computer and actually stole her validation key. It shows windows is not genuine and shuts off after an hour. Here is a copy of her diagnotic.

Unfortunately, it appears someone installed a pirated copy of Windows 7 Enterprise on your Dell PC. If you wish to continue using Windows 7, you can purchase Windows 7 Home Premium and perform a "clean install". Note: I don't recommend trying to reinstall Windows Vista as that operating system has not lived up to its full potential and is fast becoming obsolete.

I disagree totally with Carey's evaluation of Vista - with SP2 installed, Vista is a very good operating system.
However, his assessment of the essential problem is correct. The current installation is counterfeit - as shown by the facts that
1) the installed Product Key is a KMS Key - only valid in corporate environments with more than 25 users.
2) The machine was shipped from the manufacturer with Vista installed, as evidenced by its BIOS date, and the BIOS SLIC table data.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key - preferably the manufacturer's Recovery media. (see the Dell website for ordering the media if you don't have them)
