CRM 2015 (On-Premises) => How to copy all the entities data from source CRM 2015 machine to target CRM 2015 machine

  Hi,
  
  I have a CRM 2015 (On-Premises) environment running on a development machine. I want to copy all the entities data of CRM 2015 on that development machine to another development machine having CRM 2015 (On-Premises) which has different AD user.
  
  The target development machine is stand-alone & cannot connect to source development machine.
  
  I took backup of the Config & Organization databases from the source development machine & restored the Config & Organization databases on the target development machine which has different AD user.
  
  When I try to open CRM Deployment Manager on the target development machine, I get error 'You are not a valid Deployment Administrator'. I tried to create a new Deployment Administrator, but still I get the same error message.
  
  Please give resolution to above issue.
