OneNote cannot send the email RRS feed

    Hi, I am tring to share a OneNote folder but when I try to send an email to allow other people to link I receive this error message:

    "OneNote cannot send the email. This could be caused by a network conneciton problem, and incorrectly default e-mail program, or an office installation problem.

    I am using OneNote 2010 with Live Mail latest version.

    My Live mail works okay otherwise, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office but still the same problem.

    Any other suggest please let me know, this is very frustrating.

    Hi, I am having the same problem, Trying to send OneNote page by email and getting same error message. The message covers an awful lot of possibilities so not that helpful and I can’t find anywhere that tells me how to diagnose. I guess it's not a network connection problem as my email is on the same computer. My software is Office 2010 (including Outlook 2010), Windows 7 x64.     Andrew,

    I never did get it fixed on one PC (Desktop) , I have another PC (Notebook) that works okay, and I have checked several times and the settings are the same on both PC's!!

    I get around it on my Desktop by logging into Skydrive and then sending an invitation email from the Web interface. That works okay.

    Probably to fix it I need to do a reinstall on my Desktop and I really can't be bothered right now.
