Problem with the Subject name in the E-mail template RRS feed

  • Dear Collegas,

    I have one problem with my Microsoft CRM 3.0 and hope that you maybe can help me.

    Problem description.
    1. First I created one E-Mail template (with all parametars, Title , Subject and Body)
    2. In the Subject field of my template I wrote "New Product !!!".
    3. After that I tried to test it and sent one sample mail to myself.
    4. Everything was good except one thing, namely instead to receive in my Subject field "New Product!!!" , I received "New Product!!! CRM:00030021".
    5. After that I tried once again to do it, but this time received "New Product!!! CRM:00030022".

    My question is  :
    What I should to do (or to setup) to make that this "CRM:00030021" disappear and that only rest "New Product !!!", without CRM000000000.

  • What you are seeing is the tracking token that CRM has added on so that the email router can automatically set  the regarding filed correctly and assocaite the activities.
     
    If go to email tracking under system settings you can configure the tracking token
