How to migrate Ms. Dynamics CRM 4.0 on premise to Ms. Dynamic CRM4.0/2011 online offered by Microsoft?

We are recently using Ms. Dynamic CRM4.0 hosted on our own server on premise and having database in ms sql2005, now we are planning to migrate to ms. dynamic crm online. so what is exact procedure of migration ,will anybody guide me? will microsoft support people do procedure of migrate our database of MS CRM 4.0 to their live system? What happen to our customization which we have created in crm4.0 ,some tabs with filed and java scripts ,will it be migrated automatically to live crm? or what is new procedure of migration of customization?

Kindly guide for the same.

But suggested thread is old one, we are gold certified partner and microsoft assist for data migration from crm4.0 to crm2011 online.but active directory login id? we have to change it with windows live login ids,uptill now i did't got any response from concern team, answer just got from advisory support. i will update as soon as i got response from migration team.

You need to export - import data with Owners and later do mapping to new owners.

It may be a lot of work related to it. There is no supported way to do import whole DB at once (you fon't have access to Deployment Manager to import Organization).
