  • How to use XML config of email Router.

    i have some problems when i pass parameters <DeleteEmails> to "True" in XML config of the email router, in CRM parameters of the Queue ,"Convert to email activities" : "E-mail message in response to CRM e-mail"

    Email router Delete all emails in mailbox of a Queue not only Email linked in CRM. WHY?!?

    Why when i stop and restart Email router Service the parameter of email router in XML is reseted to default value (<DeleteEmails> to "False") ?

    can anyone help me?

  • Instead of updating the xml can you try updating via the Email Router configuration wizard.  Select the Incoming email profile and then select the second Tab (I think its called advanced) Make your changes here and see if this helps
