Forced to log in to my computer with microsoft

I have just got my computer back from reparing and they deleted all, so I logged on my microsoft account but suddenly I HAD to log on with my to my computer with my microsoft account password or actually with a password at all... What if I don't want password on my computer or to use my microsoft account password? Is there any way to go around that, because I lend out my computer sometimes and I don't want them to know my account password..!!

I think what you search is called auto login. You enter your username and password one-time and windows will from then on use this information to login at boot up.
Further information about can be found at: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ee872306.aspx
If you want no password at all: press [CTRL] + [ALT] + [DEL], click on "Change Password" and leave the field for new password empty. Now you can login without any password.
Please also note that this section is about a programming language called Small Basic and not about small or basic problems.
