    Everytime I open 1care it says my subscripton is expired, but i have paid the fees and it was drafted from my bank account. How do I let them know it has been paid and get this to stop. The program works it just keeps saying it is expired. Help!

  • Open OneCare, click Help and About Windows Live OneCare.

    Note the Subscription ID shown.

    Log in at http://billing.microsoft.com to see the current status of your subscription on the Billing site with that Subscription ID, which is the LiveID.

    Check your PC date and time and make sure that it is correct, as an incorrect date can cause OneCare to incorrectly report that it has expired.

    If you recently renewed, it can take up to 24 hours to update OneCare on the PC to match the status on the Billing site.

    In OneCare, click "check for updates" to make sure that you are able to communicate to the server.

    If OneCare still shows expired and the above checks show that your subscription is valid and that your PC date and time are correct, please contact OneCare support -
