login changed to Office 365 credentials question RRS feed

  • I have a customer who just got switched from the old credentials to Office 365 method.  I had originally been invited using my business email as user name.  They gave me a temp password to rejoin at portal.microsoftonline.  However, when I use that I am directed to the federated services server at my company which returns page not found.

    How do I unwind this situation?
